"I have never been more impressed with a service than I have been with both Steven Truelove (True Service Corporation) and servicemagic.com. Steve called us within minutes of our request (called at 10pm on a Saturday night) and came to quote us on a Sunday!!! And then came and did the work first thing Monday morning.  We really appreciated this since we couldn't have our hot water heater replaced (and we were without hot water) until we had the duct work repaired! KUDOS to Service Magic and Steven Truelove!"

"True Service also serviced my Heating/A/C unit after completing the duct work. They showed me the wear on my aging unit and explained the implications so I can be aware and also plan for the future. Subsequently, I had a separate problem and they promptly responded and fixed the problem. They do seem to include travel time in labor charged, as previously indicated by others. Nonetheless, I intend to use True Service in the future."
