"Trademark Builders did a fine job completing my Garage. However, Comunications with the company was difficult and timeliness was not a priority for this builder. ALso I found that the drywall crew did not sweep up on a daily basis and although not deal breaker, the workmen actually stood on an oak cabinett I had in the garage. FOot prints and drywall paste was left on the furiture. I felt that this company is poorly coordinated."

Complete the drywall installation in the garage. <br />2. Install mud and tape on new joints and touch up exiting tape joints. <br />3. Sand all tape joints until smooth. <br />4. Supply and paint all walls with primer. <br />5. Paint ceiling and walls with paint supplied by homeowners. <br /> <br />if possible do the carpeting too.
