"Showed up on time and got the job done it time. He was very friendly. My only reservations would be that instead of digging deeper into the grass in front to make it level front to back, he back-filled the non-level back end with gravel, so now I have to bring in more dirt to fill in so the gravel doesn't wash away. Also the edges are very messy so I have to break off some chunks of overflowed concrete to make the lines straight. Otherwise, he did a very good job."
