"Z Safdari was the first to respond to my request for quotes. He took a real interest in my project (though relatively small) and made many good suggestions. As the work progressed, unanticipated problems arose (termite damage, rot, etc). Z and his team met the challenges and completed 95% of the work on time. Only the weather prevented the remaining 5% from being finished according to the original estimate. As the weather permitted, every detail was attended to. The result far exceeded my expectations. The cost was more than I budgeted but was well worth it. I am very happy with the outcome."
