| Comment: I have a 92yo house in Bernal Heights on a steep grade in SF. The lowest point in my house has a hole in the dirt going down the side of the foundation as viewed from the basement (dirt floors). The foundation is not very old (<20years) but I see some cracks around the undermined area and would like a professional to look at it and diagnose the problem. |
