Quality of all work was top-notch (and our design required some real craftsmanship). Faster than we expected. No surprise price increases. Matt personally spent significant time (which wasn't in the budget and didn't result in an increase) brainstorming and working with me in real time to fine-tune the smallest details--making a big difference in the final product.
