Comment: Dig out 3/4's of dirt basement, concrete and rebar as per code, and required window and door openings. Exterior stairs, door and interior stairs. Plumbing roughed in, will need expertise as sewage line is not very deep. Permits must be pulled, but I can do it if necessary, have done it before. 1/4 of foundation has been repaired by atlas piers, pileons now holding one corner of house, shouldn't be a problem as no window wells or stairs on that side, there's a sewage and gas line in that area any way. I would prefer 8' clearance on the center beam from the floor. Depending on cost, may contract for more of the finish work, framing, etc. Access is pretty good, no hills, can move some fencing if necessary, on 2700 south so lots of room in the front of property, across from golf course.
