"Mark and Karen work as a team to help design the space into a comfortable and livable area. Our basement had several challenges to work around. There were poles, vents, and a crawl-space access in one wall that that has turned out beautifully. They build as if they were going to live there themselves. They attended to details & craftsmanship was excellent. Their workers were excellent! They bid and designed our remodel into three phases so that we could afford to pay them for each phase.This is more work for them but it worked out so we could save the money to complete each part without debts. They were great, I would recommend them to anyone"
