"Diane was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and throughout the process. The price was very competive. The carpentry and time to completion were excellent. The team was very clean and picked up after themselves daily. The only item that was not excellent was the painting. The painting was spotty in places, so that aspect requires more attention to detail. But the team touched it up as requested. The basement looks awesome and we are very pleased with the final outcome."

Larry provided a thorough and detailed proposal which was helpful in understanding how changes to our plans would impact the cost. Larry was very responsive to questions and concerns we had during the entire process. We ran into a number of unavoidable issues and changes to our design which Larry was able to address well. When we had a few minor follow-up issues after the project was over and Larry addressed them quickly and painlessly.
