"owner (Mark) kept constant supervision of project. Offered great ideas. Made sure completed job was totally satisfactory. He rejected work on one custom made item and showed why he was sending it back. Exemplery work, communication, supervision. Had one followup glitch when elec work down. It was handled immediately and professionally. I would not consider anyone else to do my work!"

Comment: I have a large laundry/mudroom/storage room, probably about 200 sq. feet (maybe 15 X 8). It is very roughly finished. It has a concrete floor and lofted storage area. There is a small flight of 3-4 stairs leading up into the house. I would like to make the room look "finished", and make it seem more a part of the house. This will include new flooring (or possibly an epoxy/concrete stain finish), a new external door, wall work (existing walls have gaps and look unfinished), paint, replace or dress up the stair riser. I would like to add a laundry basin sink and refrigerator to the room, so there is some light plumbing and electrical work. Better lighting is also a need. I would like to add storage shelving and utilize the space more completely. <br /> <br />I'm looking for someone with a good "design eye", who can also get the work done.
