| Comment: The base of the door frame on one side is water damaged and rotting out allowing water to leak into the garage. The opposite side was replaced recently by father-in-law when he was in town by cutting off the rotted part and replacing it with a cut piece of a new door jam, then recaulking/sealing the joints. Not sure why he didn't do the other side. Would like an estimate on replacing the whole door frame/jam and alternately, just replacing the rotted out section. Thankyou |

| Comment: I have 6 interior doors leading to the outside that are equiped with new electronic locks that are programed to lock at night. The inside of the doors are equiped with crossbars that when pushed make the strikers retract from the striker plates, however; on 2 of the doors , the strikers will not stay in a locked position in the striker plates so the doors can always be opened from the outside. I belive some parts are broken. I have pictures available. |
