"First, I was not informed by the rep that the air intake would need to be relocated due to the size of the new unit; They had to cut a hole in my ceiling. I was totally unprepared for this. Then, several days later I discovered a crack in the celing near the new return. I informed the rep of this the next day and he is supposed to come by and take a look. Also, I noticed that the outside unit appears to be too far from the house and therei's a round gadget (my guess is a thermometer) attached to the hose and the thermometer bubbles because it has water i n it. Also, one of the installers spilled dusting powder all over the bathroom and didn't"

"They were more reasonably priced, they came in and did an excellent job. They did not try to sell me things I did not need, they only addressed the problem that I was having. If you want honestey and to the point as to what you need this is the company you should call on."
