"Everyone was great. The guy who came out to do the estimate included a $99 charge in the estimate for the estimate. Had I not asked to make a copy of the bid and seen the breakdown on the back, I would not have known that it was included. I think this is a bit shady. If there is a charge for the estimate, it should be discussed up front. I revised the scope of work and said I didn't want to pay for the estimate fee. Who knows what I actually paid for. I don't think it was accurate."
