Comment: I just bought the home and last winter during the strom it started to I had a bad leak in the master bedroom. I had my neighbor look at it and he said the the roof is in excellent condition overall. he found an indentation where the water was accumilating causing the melting ice to drain under the metal roofing. I was able to have a friend come over to look at it and he placed a piece of metal over hole and then sealed that area. but he did not do what I asked him to do. which was to buy the sealent and seal the roof accordingly. instead he pocketed the money for the sealent.
