"Vi showed up to repair 3 leaky skylights on my roof. On the removal of the 1st skylight, it was obvious that the problem was inproper installation by the buider in 2005. The right fix was the replacement of the frame for each skylight, far exceeding Vi's original bid to replace the flashing. Vi didn't hesitate in doing the right thing and in addition to the reflashing, he replaced the frame for each skylight at no extra charge. He did good work too, and I recommend Islander Roofing for your roofing needs."
