| Comment: Hello, <br />I am considering buying a piece of property on Camano Island, but it is very close to E Camano Drive which is very noisy. I am interested in a sound barrier between the property and the road with a driveway opening .The property where the fence would be is fairly level. Can you suggest what the best type of fence for a sound barrier is and a ballpark price for the fence which would be 200' long with a 14' wide opening for the driveway. | Comment: We have a 100 year old house on the South Hill. It has a basalt rock foundation that the mortar is crumbling. There is alson some repair in one corner. We are also looking to build brick, covered with rock rails on either side of our front porch steps, to replace the rotting wooden ones there now. Third part, is one of the clinker brick columns on the front porch has shifted. We had all of them rebuilt about 12 years ago, but this one seems to have shifted. This can be bid in three separate quotes because we probably won't be able to do all of it at one time. |
