"Mike "Kramer" was very professional yet courteous and fixed our problem. (A laundry drain-pipe blockage that nearly flooded our laundry room and kitchen) I had requested and booked his and another company while troubleshooting this as I was needing quick service. He was very understanding to our situation and patient as he was bidding for this job, as both he and the other company stated they might be able to help me out later in the than I had initially requested. Funny enough also they both called me at the same time later in the afternoon stating they were freed-up earlier than expected and could be here within the hour. The other company graciously said if it would be better for me that we could go with Mike’s company. I agreed. Mike showed up when he said and got right to work. He was knowledgeable and taught me as he thoroughly found and removed our clog with no mess in the hour allotted. I definitely recommend him."
