"I had a very difficult plumbing job. Full of challenges and impossibility. I called BSM Plumbing first who turned out to be rude and critical of every aspect of my project. When I met Ron, he was polite and eager to take on this difficult job. Ron was willing to "think outside the box" to come up with a creative way to complete the job.
