"I called on a Sunday, so of course got the answering service. The gal said she would have someone out within a couple of hours. The person responding called me within 15 mins and said he would be out within an hour. He was there in about 30-40 mins. He was polite, friendly and thorough. He looked at my sewer line with a camera afterwards and said that, while, eventually it would have to be replaced, it looked pretty good and there was no immediate necessity. This is the 2nd time I've used The Trenchless Company and both times they went above and beyond my expectations. Great Company!"

"He called right away and came out within an hour. Went right to work on it for a very reasonable price. Only he didn't have his camera to veiw the sewer. But he came back in 8 days and did the camera veiw of the sewer.He found the problem and told me what can be done and how much it will cost. Then he made out a contract which I signed. The job will be done a little later."

"They were accommodating to my time schedule on a Saturday, and they were prompt. I had an ugly mess here and they got the sewer clear. I will very likely use them for a full trench less sewer relining...to remedy an aging 86 yr old sewer line. Thank you Express! Update 7/2009---had Express reline my sewer as well...trenchless. They discovered the City's portion was a mess and called them out to do their share! Thanks for a thorough job! "
