"chris showed up on time. he was courteous, performed the work in good time, and even looked into the line with a camera. he gave me advice regarding the need for ongoing pareventive drain clearing, with which i concur, as opposed to replacing the line, which would be very expensive. i am not a drain specialist. i have no way of knowing how good the actual work was. however, from what i WAS able to observe, i would use rooter pros again. the price was a few dollars less than most other bids."
