"Upon inquiry to Service Magic, I received a phone call from Overland Plumbing within one minute. I had some questions which were promptly checked into and responded to by Overland. I asked for the first service call of the morning and was told someone would be at my home to install a water heater between 8-9 a.m. At 8 a.m. someone showed up and worked diligently and professionally until the job was complete. The work was very well done and the area left perfectly clean. Very satisfactory experience."
