"I received a call within moments of pressing the submit button for my project. Plumbing Dr. quoted the lowest price. He answered all my questions and was polite when I told him I needed to speak to the other "pros". I called Plumbing Dr. back about 45 min later & set up the appt. He arrived at 8:50 am and ONE hour later he came upstairs with his clipboard and invoice. The price was EXACTLY for the quoted amount. I went downstairs to inspect the work. I had a new Rheem 40 gal tank installed (w/the expansion tank:GA code requirement) The area was CLEAN and DRY. I am thouroughly pleased!!!. I had HOT water about an hour later."

"The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you communicate that your business is cash or checks only. We did not know that and it was a little embarrasing that we weren't ready to pay that way at the time the installation was complete. It all worked out, but it would have been good to know up front>"
