Project: Install or Replace a Shower
There were quite a few mixups in this experience starting with a submitted quote that ballooned to $1000 more than the first one. They said it was a mistake and we worked it out between us to keep going. They worked with me on afternoon timing, so I could go to work in the mornings. Hector did a good job in general, although after they had left, I realized they had not made sure the hot water could come out of the shower head, so had to come back for that. No credit card acceptance meant I had to use Paypal (costing more $$$) to pay for this.
