"Jeff Theilbar was the plumber that came for Benjamin Franklin, he showed up when they said he would and was courteous and professional in his initial assessment of what I needed. I needed to have a water heater installed. He gave me an estimate for the work needed as well as offering advice on other items in my home. There was no pressure to buy anything. He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and made sure everything was working and cleaned up his work area as well. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and specifically Jeff for his quality work and professionalism. "
