"Project is scheduled for next Wednesday, but completed all estimates over the phone and was pleased with Kim's efforts at getting my questions answered (and I had quit a few) before I made a decision. I am planning this work over the phone and was pleased to get this sewn down before I travel from my home in Boise to Portland where the work will be done. I have limited time off from my job to complete this, and if the work is done as well, and as courteously and timely as the information and estimate were given, I will be a 5 star rater. "
