"Mike was on time with all the tools and plumbing needed to install a new and remove an old water heater. Our "special needs" were for a tank that would fit back into the "closet" meeting all the permitted specification guidelines. We had a 30 gallon and were trying for a 40 (which actually would cost less we found out) but the room dominating forced us back into a 30 gallon. Mike purchased a contractor grade heater (and not a second level from one of our famous giant home repair stores), put in some copper flex hosing he thought we needed, cleaned up and was gone within the time he promised and costing what his estimate was!
