"There was some frustration in the beginning because even though Thomas replaced everything Whirlpool had sent, the hot water heater still didn't work. He kept with it and we had Whirlpool send some more parts and finally I did get hot water and I appreciate that Thomas kept working with me and Whirlpool to make sure it got fixed."

"Overall, I thought they did a great job. It did take several hours longer than expected, and I'm not sure I like the way the pipes are coming up from the bathroom floor, exposed (they had to replumb the entire house, because of the old pipes). I do have to call them to get the water heater receipt, which my mom asked for, but he did not produce. Nick, who did the work could not have been kinder, though, and I felt very comfortable leaving him with Mom and Dad."
