"Very Professional, On time, reasonable price. I called at the end of the day and they were still willing to come and look at the issue and they were at my house 30 minutes after I placed the call. Great Service. My water heater was installed the next morning very quickly and they offered to come back in an hour just to check and I needed them to come back and they were back in 15 minutes after I called. This is the kind of service you only wish for, I would recommend and use again. Excellent overall job."

"The Right One Plumbing called me immediately after I put in my request. I described the job to him. Quoted approximate price, with examples of what costs may or may not include. Said how long the job might take; encouraged me to send a photo by camera phone if I wanted to speed things and get more detail about what the job would entail. Was familiar with code. Picked up the "will-call" and was very patient about the little unexpected things that can happen in jobs. Was able to communicate clearly when plans were changing. And completed the work to my satisfaction within the quoted price---left the work area clean. Hassle-free!"
