"Ted called within 10 minutes after I submitted my request, and arrived at my house a few hours later. The quote for the repair was accurate and the same as what Ted had explained over the phone. He also showed me what he did to replace the part on our water heater and where the vent was to clean in the future. All of my questions were adequately answered, and he was pleasant. A great experience and I would recommend Lauderbaugh! "

"Did not call before getting here. Tryed to raise the price by $50, from what I was told over the phone. He did not bring in to the house the correct tools. Was within the arrivial time given The cost was $60 more than Mr. Waterheated; went with them because of the time factor."
