"Our hot water heater started leaking in the middle of the afternoon - TopGun responded immediately, sent a knowledgeable technician out who immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced the worn out part. He also made useful suggestions as to future work, without pushing, and even took the time to investigate the crawlspace to determine the feasibility of adding a water shut-off to the house -- all for an emergency repair job. We will call them when we're ready to do the additional work, definitely."
