"a) DrainTech did not respond right-away, only after my f/u b) DrainTech 'sub-contracted' with a local technician c) Sub-Contractor deviated widely from promised appointment time d) Sub-Contractor had to return for fixing a leak (next day-late again) e) $ 190.- (&tip) seemed a lot (+/- 10% mtl <> 90% labor) f) work seems satisfactory - however, I had expected a clear statement (on the invoice) that the prior 'IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE A/C REPLACEMENT' had caused the 'LOSS IN HOT WATER PRESSURE' (with that I had agreed with the installer to be re-imbursed for the plumbing cost)... Can DrainTech still issue that??? "
