| Comment: We are looking to get some landscaping work done at our residence an we have three areas we would like to address: 1) The right of way in front of our house which consists of two sections, 24*9 and 28*9, where we would like to install irrigation (if feasible) and sod. Currently the water meter is in the North section and we would have to bore under the concrete driveway, 10 feet, to get the irrigation pipe to the South section. The current ground covering is just mulch with no ground cover to remove. 2) The second section is a steep embankment in front of our house where we would like to plant a ground cover consisting of some evergreen grasses. We also will most likely need a retaining wall as well. We are not a fan of pavers but wouldn't mind concrete, metal, or other modern materials to match the house. 3) The section below and to the right of the front door needs some work where an overgrown hedge of holly, ivy, etc has been growing for many years.
