"Hydrodynamics responded to my service request very promptly, and within the hour was at my home. Aaron was very professional, and in spite of the time being after 5pm, diagnosed the issue with my hot water quickly and accurately. He made a commitment to complete the job the same night, and stuck to that commitment. I think what really took me by surprise, and I have never seen this from any service professional in the past, was that he did the whole job in my house with his shoes off. I know this sounds odd, but this demonstrates to me his level of professionalism and care for one's home. I will not hesitate to use Hydrodynamics again."
