| Comment: A water leak, coming from both the 2nd floor shower & toilet (from over-flow for the toilet), has dripped through to the 1st floor kitchen, & then through to the basement, & has caused a combination of water & air to be trapped between the floor & the kitchen linoleum, & is dripping into the basement, making the basement ceiling/rafters & ceiling tiles water-logged; this has resulted in what looks like mold on the wood (areas of an off-white/cream color) & a bad odor exists in the kitchen too, especially when it's warm in the house. |
