| Comment: Steep, narrow concrete driveway next to natural stone retaining wall needs to be removed and replaced either with asphalt or concrete. I am also needing a drain pipe to connect to my french drain at the top of the driveway and voiding at the bottom of the driveway, as I think the erosion of the existing driveway was caused by water runoff over the years from the back yard. Roots of nearby oak trees will need to be cut and removed as well, they are causing buckling of the driveway. I believe this was poured when the house was built - in the '50's so it's old. I am concerned with damaging the natural stone retaining wall there. |
