"Mike, the owner of Falcon, is a very efficient, hard working and friendly plumber. We are trying to make a second bathroom but had trouble connecting the new pipes to the old one. He not only helped us connect the pipes but also fixed the tub leakage. Due to some problems of the old pipes, it took him a little longer but he finished the job very nicely. Since we are short in budget, we want to do the rest of the work by ourselves. Mike then helped us purchase all the other pipes for the project at no additional labor cost and taught my husband how to arrange and connect the new pipes. Most importantly, the service fee is very very reasonable,"
