| Comment: There is a Challenger circuit breaker wired for 2 bathrooms that continues to trip when a curling iron and hair dryer are used at the same time. The tenant believes this to be a safety issue. I might consider updating the breaker from a 15 Amp to a 20 Amp. I need an electrician that is licensed, bonded, and insured and will provide writen proof of all. Would like to have completed Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (Feb. 13,14,15) if possible. Payment will be no hassel as we are a professional property management company. Future work may also be granted if a satisfactory job is done at a competitive price. Thanks!! |

| Comment: I have a faulty electrical box, where as, my electric bills are 40% higher than they should be; also, you have to wiggle the circuit breakers to get circuits that quit, up and running again, plus, I was electrocuted while wiggling the oven range breaker and spent Christmas in the hospital. |
