"They were able to come out the next day and finished the project quickly. Billing seemed a little arbitrary, and was on the top end of the estimate. My 'receipt' consisted of him writing a list of what they had done with a price at the end...I much prefer what I've had with other companies - a breakdown of what I'm paying for parts, labor, etc. or a standardized list of pricings based on project type and size. They weren't all that personable (but definitely not rude); overall they did high quality work, though."

"Mike scheduled a time to come to my residence at my convienence, he arrived on time, was personable and professional. He took the time to fix the problem right. He even went back and replaced an additional part after finding that the original was still leaking. Overall, Mike was knowledgeable and professional. And the price was very reasonable."
