"The pilot on the stove kept going out and it was suggested that the gasline be enlarged to increase the flow of gas to the stove. We sought three proposals to have the line replaced. Two of the companies came out and provided quotes based on what we thought was needed, but not Grayton. Grayton came out and did a thorough assessment of the issue and it turned out that the new gasline was not needed, only training on the usage of the emergency gas shut-off was required.
