"Communication: Excellent. I was always able to reach them and received return phone calls very soon after I left voicemails. Punctuality/Preparation: Poor. They had to reschedule at the last minute.once and were late the second time. They didn't have all of the supplies they might need and I provided it to them to expedite things, although they were willing to go get them. Quality of work: Excellent. They were knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and cared about the work they completed. Price: Extremely reasonable. Other: I warned them about asbestos taping on the air ducts they were working on and they didn't wear masks or clean the area well."
