"I worked with Lonny Kole on a renovation of my first home. I purchased a foreclosure property that required repairs/remodeling/updating to be liveable. Lonny was prompt on issuing initial job bids, preparing the bids for submission to the lender, and starting the work on time. I closed on a Friday and Lonny was at the house that next Monday to start work. Lonny was easy to work with and ALWAYS available via telephone/text or email to answer any questions that I had along the way. I paid for the remodel by using an FHA 203(k) Streamline loan which allows for two "draws" from an escrow account to pay for the work. Lonny was flexible"

"I had asked the salesperson to bring pictures and specs for me to see when we met. He didn't. The 2 custom cabinets I ordered were 5 weeks late from the date we had discussed when we met. The cabinets were very nice when it was finally delivered and the builder spent all day installing them for me. Maybe it was just my bad luck, but I would have given them 5 stars if they were delivered on time."
