"Mark called and told me the rate. I accepted the rate. Almost on time Sergei showed up and inspected the ventilation system. He discovered what I already knew, and he found more damage to the ducting. For a 55 year old home that has had remodelers, plumbers, telephone, and ISP workers crawling under the house for years. I accepted the modified bid and Sergei earned the money. The system seems to work well now. More information will come from the winter cold...not there yet."

"AJ of Quantum Mechanical followed up proptly on my request and provided a price range over the phone, but adivised they would need to see the job and price materials before establishing the final price. We made an appointment and Andy showed up right on time, took a couple measurements and sketched out a part list. He provided a detailed quote or $565 and made the follow-up apppointment for 7:00am. Andy and Dave showed up right on time, they tore out the defective dryer vent and installed a new duct from the dryer, under the house thru the outside wall. The job in was done in 3 hours and they hauled away the old vent and debris"

"These are the people every contractor should have in their company. Superb in quality of work, personal behavior, cleanup, just a joy to have around. I could relax and know everything was going well and being taken care of properly. I only wish they had the skills to do everything I've had other contractors do in the last 1.5 years. They would be my one-call fixit company!"
