"It was a pleasure working with Bay 101. Dave Imhof was exceptional during the whole time. I got my roof replaced with a composite Cool Roof at a great cost. We made many changes during the whole process, but Dave had great patience. He must have given us at least 5 quotes on different products. He was the only one to notice that our house has unusually think crossbeams--unsuitable for ridge venting. He was running all over the place at all times to get us the materials in the short time frame that we wanted (and then he would have to do it all over again when we changed our minds about roof color a day later).
