David called immediately and was able to help us before the next rain storm. He came prepared to fix what was leaking and offered to do it on the spot. He was nery kind, offered detailed explanations. I appreciated his eagerness very much.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I needed an emergency repair of a skylight leaking in the middle of my kitchen the day before I left on a business trip. I looked on Yelp and the people I called couldn't even come give me an estimate for another week. I came to Sevice Magic and David Landeros called me back about 10 mins after I put out the request. He scheduled an appt for later in the afternoon and offered a tarp over the skylight in case he couldn't get the job done before the next rain. He came out, took pictures to show me what was wrong, and offered to fix it on the spot for 250.00. Leaving on my trip with peace of mind was totally worth it! A BIG thank you to David!
