" The contractor Amer Kashfia had given us very competitive price. We were able to use his contractor discount to buy materials in many instances. Worked as a team to complete the complete renovation project within 3 1/2 months. The project description: Added 1008 SQFT (original 925 sqft). Now is 1933 sqft. Whole house was demolished. Whole house pluming and electrical in compliance with the city code. Original house had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Demolished the old bath and added two bedrooms, a family room and made two bathrooms in the new area. Custom kitchen and bathrooms. Three and a half months completion saved me some rent money. "
