"I was pleased overall. The project turned out beautifully. The contractors were efficient and cleaned up afterward. I elected to do some of the work myself such as painting and flooring but the company worked with me to allow time to finish the things I needed to do. The only glitch was a sink that was on back order for 3 months. We finally elected to use a different sink which leaves a gap in the cut out of my countertop but since it can't actually be seen it is ok. Diana was very helpful with design items. Tom needs to watch what he says. Some things he said would happen, did not. Bill did a terrific job. I still need a screen."
