"It was not an addition but a kitchen remodel. The estimate seemed very fair compared to another I had received. The project went a little longer than expected and was about 10 percent above estimate, but I was very happy with the end result. The estimate did not include sales tax, which was the main reason for the higher total. I don't know if this is industry standard. William is professional and flexible and seems to hire good people to do subcontracted work. Communication was pretty good throughout. All minor issues were quickly resolved. During work, house was left in a clean condition. Disruption was minimal. "
