"I could not be happier with Bill Shields. He is unlike any other contractor i have ever dealt with.I was unsure with him because of his extreamly low prices but when he and his crew started our addition they were always on time and extreamly friendly. the workmanship was outstanding and super clean and neat durring the entire project.
