"The receptionist called within ten minutes and scheduled an estimate for the next day. By the next afternoon, I had a detailed estimate in my mailbox. I was able to schedule the replacement for my roof, select tiles, and ask all questions over the phone. Since I have a hectic schedule, the contractor allowed me to fax in my contract without a down payment. The crew arrived early, worked through out the day, and cleaned the work site thoroughly when finished. The contractor also handled the paper work with my insurance company. J & J Construction Roofing professionals were so polite, professional, and extremely helpful!"
