"I HAD GREGORY HERE TODAY TO REPAIR A A HOT WATER LINE. WITH OUT HIS KINDNESS AND GREAT RRSPONSE TO MY NEEDS. THE KIDS WOULD BE TAKING COLD WATER SHOWERS AGAIN. AND I DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO PAY THE BILL AT THAT TIME, AND HE SAID WHEN I GET MY NEXT UNEMPLOYMENT CK TO CALL AND LET HIM KNOW. HE IS THE KIND OF REPAIR MAN YOU NEED. Calm and experienced, he gave me a quote over the phone based on my description, firmed it up with an on-site visit that morning, and completed my water heater installation within two hours. "My toilet had been rocking aor a while and I knew it needed fixing. I have some friends who thought they could fix it but after they finished it still rocked. So I knew I needed a professional. I called several people. I talked with Joe Mazzio and he gave me a ball park figure for variious situations. I also talked with a plumber group. I decided tp go with Joe Mazzio and I am glad I diid. He was personable and friendly. He asked for a very reasonable fee. I would call Joe the next time I needed help with plumbing. He knew exactly what to do and did it in a short period of time."
